  • Who should not join Homeworks?

    Homeworks may not be for you if you don’t plan to grow beyond $200K in annual revenue. Especially if your annual revenue will stay below $200K and you are a solo operator; more affordable options like Yardbook or Jobber might be a better fit. If you are averse to change, keep in mind that Homeworks is evolving rapidly, with frequent updates and improvements. Lastly, if more than 75% of your business revolves around chemical applications, Homeworks may not be the ideal solution for your needs at this time.

  • Will Mike Andes have access to my data?

    Like any software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform, Homeworks stores your data on secure servers to enable backups and prevent data loss. Technically, yes, Mike Andes could access it. But the real question is whether that data would ever be misused—and the answer is no.


    Mike has had access to sensitive data from other businesses, including direct competitors of Augusta Lawn Care, for years, and there has never been a single instance of misuse. He has never taken, shared, or exploited customer data for personal gain. Doing so would jeopardize everything he has built, and it simply will never happen.

  • What if Homeworks doesn’t have a feature i want?

    Our Product team reviews every single feature request from our users. Keep in mind that a single missing feature shouldn’t make or break your decision—be open to adapting your workflows. We are also always collecting feedback through our Community Advisory Board (CAB), Facebook group, and direct user input to drive ongoing improvements.
