Homeworks is built in the United States by a small, experienced team of product, design, and engineering leaders who care deeply about quality. We don’t outsource the work overseas. We don’t cut corners.

He’s owned, operated, and scaled businesses for 19+ years.
He’s made a lot of mistakes along the way.
His life’s mission is to help small business owners get rich, by knowing what to do next, and why.
He started Homeworks as an answer to problems he saw with traditional software businesses.

Early years of Augusta
Filming a Turnaround episode
Mike started by mowing lawns at the age of 11. Over time, he built Augusta Lawn Care, now with 200+ locations around the world. Augusta has also been ranked in the Landscape 100, one of the largest companies in the green industry.
Mike did not learn this from theory or consulting decks. He learned it by running real crews, serving real customers, and making hard decisions when things broke.
Mike kept seeing the same problems show up again and again.
